Construction advances steadily at La Rosa V with significant progress lately. We are working with the latest technology and modern construction methods to keep the property on track for delivery. The progress is monitored by us and aligned with the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

With significant progress recently, we would like to highlight the following:

- Fire Alarm system installed
- Thermal Expansion Valve technology for all AC units installed

According to our internal inspection conducted on October 25th, the project’s progress stands at 94.40%. As per RERA, the progress is reported as 80.05 % based on their inspection conducted on September 7th.
