- Fire Alarm system installed
- Thermal Expansion Valve technology for all AC units installed
- Pullable ladder fitted
- Dubai Civil Defence approvals obtained

According to our internal inspection conducted on October 25th, the project’s progress is 87.62%As per RERA, the progress is reported as 62.66 % based on their inspection conducted on July 24th.
